Terms & Conditions of Reservations.
Customers are required to turn up at their required time with the entire table, failure to do so may result in the table be given away.
A table will be held for a maximum of 10 mins for the ENTIRE table to arrive.
After 10 mins the table will be given away to the next in line, you will have to join the back of the queue.
We will do our best to accommodate all requests such as parda/ highchairs, but on busy nights it may-be difficult.
Please point out the use of any vouchers or coupons/ Discount card at the time of reservation/ upon arrival. – Please check validity and its availability of use BEFORE you order your meals.
Please advise us in advance should your numbers change, we will try our best but may not be able to accommodate a larger number should you bring more people, we may charge a service charge should you bring significantly fewer.
Please be advised the mobile number that is left for reservation maybe used to contact you for promotions, and other marketing. Should you wish to be unsubscribed please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or Reply STOP to the marketing messages. Your number will be removed within 24 hours of acknowledging your request. Please contact us should you have any further questions/ queries.
